Eggs à la Kieran

Boil some eggs until the yolks are cooked but not hard. FRom when the water boils, this is around five minutes plus a bit of faff.

Mash them up with salt, salad cream, and grated cheese. It must be salad cream: mayonnaise would be yukky.

Good with hot buttered toast. You can put them on it, but they fall off.
